Now Now the childhood I had was filled with 2 things. My music appritaiting family and video games. Eventually the two melded together so I'm the only one in my family with a appriciation for the music in Video games. My aunts and uncles would always have a radio on and all they did was watch MTV back in the good old days. So I was always hearing Micheal's music. When he died I felt that a part of my past had gone with him.
Last week I happend to me going through youtube trying to find something to listen to, to keep my mind on something else and I found a few people who have been mashing up Micheal Jackson's best songs with music from old games of my childhood. The combination of these two elements did a great job of sounding like something new while sounding faimlier and nostalgic.
So I thought I'd share my finds. Most of these guys have links on their channles or on the videos if you want to download their stuff.
First guy I found goes buy the name Mixer [link] Mixerproductions has some awesome mash ups. Some have Vocal mutation effects so the lyrical track could match the music track. It's a pretty strange techniqute but it has some awesome effects. Now i'm sure a few of you will talk about the whole Michal jackson sonic 3 music conspiracy thing. I Don't think he did the music for that games. I'll just leave it at that.

this one was my favorite [link]
Next up we have Yuzoboy. he keeps voice mutations at a minimum which makes for more interesting muscial track mash ups.

some of you may consider this one Blasphemy but I think its does a pretty good job of making the song upbeat even if its not supposed to be an upbeat song [link]

This one is a GREAT party song [link]
The last guy I'll feature is Murphy341. He'll mash up any song with a music track he thinks will work. More often than not it does. I think his streets of rage mash ups sound better than the other 2. He did what I think is the most heart wrenching of all the mash ups i found. The clips he used didn't help me but it did help me remember all the good Micheal did in his life.
And here it is [link]

I would of featured alot more from these 3 gentalmen but than this journal would be longer than it should. plus that stupid emoticon system kept that from happening.
But go give a listen and check out some of the other Mash ups and remixes from these guys. You won't be dissapointed and I'm sure you'll be impress at what peopel like them can do to music.
Also I'd like to thank all the remixers, dj's, chiptune artist, mash up mixers and everyone who his helping the world remember Micheal Jackson and what he did for the world and music, for all their efforts and dedications to the king of pop.
Thank you.
